The six-step confidence scale every significant claim on this site carries: Narrated → Observed → Replicated → Causally Supported → Cross Evaluator → Real World Corroborated. A claim is always presented at its tier, and confidence is never promoted beyond available evidence.
Narrated is not an insult — it is the honest label for anything asserted but not yet demonstrated, including most of this site's own founding claims. The tier system's operational definitions live in M-1, which is under active development; until they exist, nothing here claims a tier above Narrated.
